Completed applications should be sent to the school by February 28, 2017.
As soon as we receive completed applications we will schedule an appointment for a student screening during February and March. Letters of acceptance will be mailed by the first week in April.
Did you Miss our Open House? We are holding Open Door Tours every Tuesday from 9am to 1pm or 3pm - 6pm (when school is in session), no appointment necessary.

Admissions (grades K-8)
Admission for the current school year will be determined based on classroom availability
Applications for the 2017/2018 school year are now being accepted.
The admission timeline is as follows:
January/February - Call the office (860-688-6401) or email Lynn Wilkos (email@example.com) to schedule a tour, or drop in on Tuesdays (when school is in session), from 9am - 2pm
February: APPLY by February 28th
Submit an application any time through the end of February. An application packet can be picked up from our school office during school hours or you can download all the required forms under the Application Forms tab. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will schedule an appointment for student screening.
Appointments for the entrance exam will be scheduled upon submission of the application.
Acceptance letters will be mailed by the first week of April.
May-August: Applications will be accepted through August if there are available openings.
Acceptance Policy (K - 8)
Acceptance is contingent upon a child's current academic transcripts (for grades 1 through 7), the results of readiness screening and the school's acceptance policy as indicated below:
Students who meet the academic criteria for admissions will be accepted based on the availability of openings and in the following priority:
- Families with children already attending St. Gabriel School
- St. Gabriel Parishioners
- Students from other Catholic Parishes
- Students whose parents/guardians are alumni of the school
- Students who are not affiliated with a Catholic parish

*The variance in tuition between Category A and B is due to subsidies paid by Catholic parishes to the school. To qualify for Category A tuition rates, you must submit a catholic parish affiliation form:
Please be sure that a parish affiliation form is on file at the school for Category A billing.
Eighth Grade Graduation Fee (to be determined, usually $250)
The following are the payment plan options:
- Plan I is tuition paid in full by the end of July with a 1% discount.
- Plan II is paying tuition in 4 equal payments due July 15th, 2016, October 15th, 2016, January 15th, 2017, and April 15th, 2017.
- Plan III is tuition paid through the FACTS Management Company (July, 2016-May, 2017) with the payment plan of your choice (see the enclosed FACTS Tuition Management Program information for details). If you are currently enrolled in the FACTS Management payment plan, FACTS will automatically renew your application unless you contact the school to tell us otherwise.
Other than cash or check, payments will be accepted by PayPal or credit card, but will be subject to applicable transaction fees (usually 2.75%). Please contact the school office if you elect to use either PayPal or a credit card.
Before and After School Program Fees
Before School: $5.00 per day
After School: $16.00 per day ($5.00 if child stays less than 30 minutes)
Maximum $30 per family per day
After School Early Release Days: $22.00 ($5.00 if child stays less than 30 minutes)
Maximum $40 per family per day

FACTS Tuition Assistance and Management
One option for paying tuition is through the FACTS Management Company. Payment is made July - May, with the payment plan of your choice. If you are currently enrolled in the FACTS Management payment plan, FACTS will automatically renew your application unless you contact the school to tell us otherwise.

Qualification for tuition assistance is done through the FACTS management company. Use the following link to the FACTS website to complete an application for tuition assistance. This information is reviewed by FACTS to determine financial need. This information is shared with the principal and the school finance committee.
