Admissions Process & Acceptance Policy
Admission for the current school year will be determined based on classroom availability. Please note: For the 2020/2021 Academic School Year, we will accept application submissions at any time, for any grade level.

JANUARY - MAY
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MAY 1
Families will be notified of approval by June 3. See the 'Financial Assistance' section on this page to learn about our Financial Assistance program administered by FACTS Management.
APRIL - JUNE: ACCEPTANCE & KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION
Acceptance is contingent upon a child's current academic transcripts (for Grades 1 through 7), the results of readiness screening and the school's acceptance policy as indicated below:
Students who meet the academic criteria for admissions will be accepted based on the availability of openings and in the following priority:
Qualification for tuition assistance is done through FACTS Management. Use the following link to the FACTS website to complete an application for tuition assistance. This information is reviewed by FACTS to determine financial need. Once need is determined by FACTS, the pastor, principal and finance chair of the School Board calculate distribution of funds available based on the calculated need. All applications are due by May 1 and funds being awarded will be determined soon after this deadline.
