In our effort to effectively communicate with parents/guardians we have this quick link for you to manage early dismissal and transportation changes.
Please submit this form if you need to have your student dismissed early or there is a change in the way your student travels.
It is imperative we receive this form the day prior or morning of the date of request. We encourage parents to NOT call the school, and request a change to avoid any miscommunication of information. This will help us keep a record of who must leave or if their travel plans are different offering an extra level of security for your student.
Parent/Guardian MUST come into the school office to Sign Out students that are leaving for early dismissal.
