Welcome to the NEW After School Program

afterschool program

The Before and After School Prgrams are designed for parents who have a need of supervision for their child.

Childcare will start the first day of school. Childcare is available Monday through Friday.

The After School Program schedule is as follows:

Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • 2:30 - 3:00 PM Snack (provided by parents), socialize and change clothes
  • 3:00 - 4:00 PM Homework and Fun Activities
  • 4:00 - 5:00 PM Supervised play outside or in gym
  • 4:45 - 5:30 PM Location inside, quiet activities, prepare for pickup
  • 5:30 PM Program ends
  • Each Friday 3:00-5:00 all students will participate in art activities, games, and extended time outside.

Schedule: Early Release Days

  • 12:45 - 1:45 PM Lunch (provided by parents), change clothes
  • 1:45 - 2:45 PM Homework
  • 2:45 - 3:45 PM Supervised play
  • 3:45 - 5:30 PM Indoor activities
  • 5:30 PM Program ends

When school is closed for inclement weather or holidays the Before and After School Program will not be in session. Parents will be expected to make other arrangements for their child when early dismissal is announced due to inclement weather.

Payments:

Checks should be made payable to St. Gabriel School. Students who attend Before and/or After school on a weekly basis -- payment is due each and every Monday.

After School Fee

  • Full fee students - $60.00/week
  • Individual days - $12.00 per day
  • 2:45 - 3:00 PM - $5.00 per day
  • Late pick up fee - $1.00 per minute

Insurance:

Personal Insurance will cover any situation of liability.

Requests for Day Care:

The Before School Program runs on an as needed basis. Requests should be in writing, however we do accept last minute calls to make arrangements. The Before School Program starts at 7:00 and runs to 7:30 AM.

The Fee for Before School Care is $5.00

The After School Program - Please send a note to teacher in the morning requesting after school services along with your check. We do accept last minute calls for after school arrangements.
